Wangaya Regional Hospital launched the innovation "Responsive and Free Telemedicine Service Integration Strategy" (SINERGI). The SINERGI application is provided for patients at Wangaya Hospital, Denpasar City to carry out consultations if they have complaints after treatment. So that problems that arise can be handled immediately and are currently in the testing stage. Director of Wangaya Hospital, Denpasar City, Anak Agung Made Widiasa, Sp.A., MARS, said that through SINERGI innovation, Wangaya Hospital will provide more optimal medical services to the people of Denpasar City. It is hoped that post-inpatient patients at Wangaya Hospital can use the SINERGI application to carry out consultations if they have complaints after treatment. "Through this innovation, we hope that doctors can monitor the progress of patients who have been treated. "And patients will be able to submit complaints quickly, so there is no need to wait for control time or come directly to the hospital just to convey their complaints," said the Director of Wangaya Hospital, Denpasar City.
