Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at the Wiswa Sabha Utama Office of the Governor of Bali. Public Information Disclosure Award Activity for Public Agencies Throughout Bali, A total of 45 (forty-five) Public Agency Leaders directly received the Regency/City Government Informative Plaque for the implementation of Public Information Disclosure (KIP). This shows a great commitment from the Bali Regional Leadership in implementing public information disclosure in Bali.
In the monitoring and evaluation of public agency information disclosure in 2024, the parameters assessed consist of 6 (six) aspects, namely:
- Infrastructure: is infrastructure that supports and facilitates the process of public information services.
- Information Quality: is the quality of information based on relevance, accuracy and currentness (latest).
- Type of Information: is open information based on article 13 of Perki number 1 of 2021 concerning SLIP.
- Information Services: is related to the procedures and substance of public information services.
- Organizational Commitment: is related to support for information disclosure including budget, HR, regulations, and duties.
- Digitalization: is the process of using digital technology to improve efficiency, improve accessibility, and improve the quality of public information services.
The final value of the questionnaire and presentation evaluation will produce the following KIP monitoring and evaluation results qualifications:
- Informative: score greater than or equal to 90
- Towards Informative: score 80-89.9
- Quite Informative: score 60 - 79.9
- Less Informative: score 40 - 59.9
- Not Informative: Score less than 40
