  • Carry out health efforts in an efficient and effective manner by prioritizing healing (curative) and recovery (rehabilitative) efforts which are carried out in a harmonious and integrated manner with promotional and preventive efforts as well as implementing referral efforts.
  • Providing quality health services in accordance with hospital service standards.
