As a hospital that has full BLUD status and has achieved success at the national level, Wangaya Regional Hospital is once again trusted as a place for sharing, this time by Commission B of the Humbang Hasundutan Regency DPRD, North Sumatra Province and Doloksanggul Regional Hospital, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The arrival of the group led by the Chair of Commission B of the Humbang Hasundutan Regency DPRD, Henry Sihombing was received directly by the Director of Wangaya Regional Hospital, Dr.Setiawati Hartawan, M.Kes in the Wangaya Regional Hospital Meeting Room, Tuesday (27/8).

Henry said the purpose of his visit to Wangaya Hospital with his entourage was to find out what Wangaya Hospital's tips are so that it can remain trusted and popular with the public amidst competition with private hospitals. We want to know what Wangaya Hospital's tips are so that it remains in demand by the public because we saw that this hospital from the north end to the south end was very busy. Even though people usually prefer private hospitals over government hospitals, especially as a world tourist destination, Bali certainly has many international standard hospitals, he added.

Responding to this question, Dr. Setiawati said that currently Wangaya Regional Hospital is improving in all areas. "As a BLUD hospital that can manage its own finances, this allows us to carry out development and innovation. From a physical building perspective, Wangaya Regional Hospital is currently carrying out several developments and renovations. Some renovations have been completed but there are still several places that need to be repaired. This is important to make patients feel comfortable like at home.

In the field of HR, apart from increasing the number of human resources needed, the most important thing is to always urge every human resource who works at Wangaya Hospital to work with heart and instill the spirit of Sewaka Dharma, namely Serving is an Obligation, which is the motto of the Denpasar City Government in providing public services.

Another thing we are doing is making breakthroughs in health services such as developing executive polyclinic services, medical cosmetic polyclinics, children and adolescent endocrine polyclinics, VCT polyclinics, endoscopy services and others. "All services are supported by professional and competent staff in their fields," said Dr. Setiawati. Apart from asking about tips for Wangaya Regional Hospital so that it remains popular with the public, the group of 13 people also shared about unit costs and how to deploy paramedics. (eng)
