Kegiatan Edukasi Kesehatan Diet Diabetes Melitus Dan Penerapan PPI

This morning in the waiting room of the Dental Polyclinic at Wangaya Regional Hospital we held an activity providing health education on diabetes mellitus diet and the application of PPI by the PKRS Installation in collaboration with nutritionists and PPI in outpatient care.

Let's apply a balanced nutritional diet to the contents of my plate. The contents of my plate, namely the portion of food on one plate, consists of 50% fruit and vegetables, and the remaining 50% consists of carbohydrates and protein. And limit sugar, salt and fat in daily consumption.
