“Fill My Plate” is a program created by the Ministry of Health to replace the previous program, namely “4 healthy 5 perfect”. This program prioritizes balanced nutritional consumption.

  "My Plate Contents" describes the portion of food consumed on one plate consisting of 50 percent fruit and vegetables, and the remaining 50 percent consisting of carbohydrates and protein. "Fill My Plate" also emphasizes limiting sugar, salt and fat in daily consumption.

Apart from "Fill My Plate", four other important things need to be emphasized, namely washing hands before eating, sufficient physical activity, drinking enough water, and monitoring height and weight.

Eating healthy according to the "Fill My Plate" guide will be able to maintain the body's immunity, prevent obesity and prevent stunting.
